    European Power Issues

    Updated at 8:48 PM PDT on April 28: We are closely monitoring the situation affecting power in Europe. AWS services are operating normally. We have resolved the earlier issue impacting a small number of Direct Connect customers in a single facility. Amazon Connect customers may continue to experience inbound and outbound call failures due to localized issues in Spain and Portugal. We are maintaining heightened vigilance and readiness checks and will provide additional information if the situation changes.
